For discount designer handbags you'll want to go to Century 21 in Lower Manhattan. Its right across the street from Ground Zero at 22 Cortlandt Street between Church and Broadway. They often have designer handbags, shoes, clothing, even fragrances for deep discounts.
The store gets very, very crowded, so try to get there early. I got my favorite Fendi bag from there for about 20% less then it was selling for at other stores.
